Description
Welsh designer Ross Lovegrove draws his inspiration in nature, its forms and its evolutions.
Mixing arts and science, Ross Lovegove uses the most advanced technologies so as to defend an eco-aware and humanist design, inviting us to question constantly our way of perceiving the world we live in.
Crossing frontiers between disciplines so as to put innovation at the heart of his work, he even employed simulation softwares and digital tools usually used by architects.
In order to include his work in the everyday life, Ross Lovegrove also collaborates with the blue-chip companies, for whom he creates originally designed products : computers for Apple, Walkman for Sony, cosmetics for KIKO... and even a futuristic Renault Twingo concept-car !
This book displays the vastness of the designer's work, presenting a hundred illustrations highlighting his most significant projects and achievements.
