The French Union of Modern Artists, or Union des Artistes Modernes in French, is an artistic movement made up of architects, decorators, furniture designers, but also painters, sculptors, designers, photographers, jewellery designers...founded in 1929, and active until 1958.

The design of this folder is from the Répertoire du goût moderne (1928-1929), a five-volume set of folios depicting domestic interior design and published by Editions Albert Levy.
